Your old provider has received the porting form
We would like to inform you that your old provider has confirmed that they have received the porting form.
Your old provider will now check the personal details provided in the porting form. If these are correct, they will provide us with the switchover date within the next few days. We will of course immediately inform you as soon as we have a reply.
If this isn’t the first time you have received this email then the order had to be submitted to your old provider once again.
