We would like to inform you that your old provider has confirmed the line switchover. The date of the switchover can you find in your email.

Please let us know if this date doesn’t correspond to the expected end of your contract period. In this case we will contact you to arrange the next steps.

As the next step, easybell will request Deutsche Telekom to transfer the line. We can only submit this request to Deutsche Telekom two months in advance before the planned date at the most. We will keep you updated on all further steps.
