We would like to inform you that we have just commissioned Deutsche Telekom to transfer your line to us.
The transfer date can you find in your email.
Deutsche Telekom generally confirms the line switchover within five days. We will of course keep you updated on the process.
If this isn’t the first time you have received this email then this means we had to submit the activation order once again. However, the order is currently being processed as normal.
