Deutsche Telekom has informed us that you have rejected the activation of the connection.

We kindly request you to provide us with an explanation for this. We would then be happy to provide you with a new activation date.

Please note that the unsuccessful activation has already incurred costs. We reserve the right to charge you for these in the event that the order cannot be completed on subsequent activation dates.
