Your old provider has rejected the switchover request
Thank you for your order to activate an internet connection.
We have worked together with Deutsche Telekom to activate your connection. They have rejected the connection switchover on the grounds that you are no longer interested in switching providers.
A common reason for this response is that your old provider has tried to convince you to stay.
Please let us know if we should submit the switchover order once again or if you have in fact decided to keep your old contract.
