Unsuccessful attempt to activate connection 1: New date for your DSL plan: Please take a look at your email.

Thank you for your order for activating the plan.

We have worked together with Deutsche Telekom to activate your connection. They have informed us that you haven't met all of the requirements for activating the connection. Please note that every activation attempt results in extra costs for us that we may have to transfer to you.

Your DSL connection has been rescheduled for activation once again. You can find the new date of activation in your email. In the event of delays we will of course immediately inform you of the changed date.

What's next:

A Telekom's technician will need to come to you to activate the connection. It is important that someone is at home on the day of the appointment between 8 am and 1 pm in order to give the technician access to your property and the junction box.

You will immediately receive your new phone number after the connection has been successfully activated.

You have already received an email with your login data. If you currently do not have access to the internet you can also call us to request the login data.
