Deutsche Telekom has informed us that you missed your scheduled appointment with the technician.
If you were actually at home, then please check that your doorbell works and is labelled with the correct address.
If you are sure that the technician did not come to the appointment then please fill out the attached sworn statement. Please send us the signed document within the next 14 days. Otherwise we will charge you €48.79 (VAT included) for the additional appointment.
Your DSL connection has been rescheduled for activation. The new day of activation can you see in your email. In the event of delays we will of course immediately inform you of the changed date.
A telecoms technician will visit your home to activate the connection. It is vital that someone is home on the day of the appointment between 8 am and 1 pm in order to enable the technician to access your property and the junction box.
