Order cancellation due to lack of power supply to property
A few weeks ago we informed you that it wasn’t possible to provide you with a DSL connection as your property currently doesn’t have the required power supply. Since then it still hasn’t been possible to determine if and when the power supply will be set up.
We regret to inform you that we currently cannot process your order and have now cancelled it. We would be delighted if you placed a new order once you have set up the power supply for your property.
