The activation of further lines to your house is not possible at the moment

Thank you for your order to activate your connection.

easybell has directly forwarded the order to Deutsche Telekom to be checked in detail. We have since received feedback that it currently isn’t possible to connect you to a DSL line as no more cables can be connected in your house/flat.

easybell now requires your support to help us take further measures. Can you answer “yes” to one of these questions?

Is the DSL light permanently on (DSL synchronous) when a DSL router is connected? This may be due to one of the following reasons:

  • Were you previously with a different provider? The old provider may not have yet released the line.
  • Have you only recently moved in to your home? If so, the previous tenant may not have yet cancelled the DSL contract or it doesn’t expire until a later date.

Do you already have one DSL connection and want to order an extra one? You may only have one copper twisted-pair cable.

Are all the DSL ports in your building in use? Ask the property management if there is a shortage of DSL ports.

If we don’t hear from you within the next 30 days then we will assume that you would like to cancel the order.
