Your order: Connection activation has once again been rejected

Your old DSL contract has expired. However, you don’t have any other contractual obligation according to Deutsche Telekom. The connection order for your plan has therefore once again been rejected.

Please contact Deutsche Telekom (free hotline: 0800/ 33 01000) and find out which provider is blocking the DSL port and the date it will be unblocked. If you don’t call from your own phone line then make sure you have your Deutsche Telekom customer number on hand for identification during the call. The customer number can be found on your phone bill.

As soon as you provide us with the date that your DSL port will be unblocked then we will once again submit the DSL connection order to Deutsche Telekom. Please contact our Customer Service team by emailing auftrag@easybell.de or calling 030/80 95 1001.

If Deutsche Telekom still hasn’t been notified of the cancellation for the DSL port then please send the confirmation of cancellation from your old provider and demand immediate activation of the DSL port. A template for the statement can be found here

While your old DSL connection is still active you can continue to use it with a ‘DSL by Call’ plan. Simply use the easybell DSL by Call plan for lines provided by Deutsche Telekom.
