Your order: Delays due to other contractual obligation

As we already informed you, Deutsche Telekom has rejected the order for the new DSL connection as they still haven’t received cancellation from your old provider. Please make sure that you correctly applied to cancel your contract and check the cancellation date.

Please note that Deutsche Telekom requires at least eight days of processing time from receiving the order until the activation date. This can result in time delays. Each day that your previous provider doesn’t notify Deutsche Telekom of the cancellation further delays the activation of the DSL connection.
