Your order: Other contractual obligation
Thank you once again for choosing easybell. We would like to inform you on the status of your current order.
We directly forwarded the order to Deutsche Telekom. Deutsche Telekom has currently rejected the order, citing “other contractual obligation” as the reason.
When you placed your order you didn’t indicate that you want to switch to easybell from another DSL provider. However, we need to know exactly when your previous DSL connection contract expires in order to transfer the order to Deutsche Telekom without any problems.
Please click to the link in your email and enter the date when the contract with your previous provider expires.
We will then once again submit your connection order to Deutsche Telekom.
If you don’t know which provider is blocking your DSL connection, then please directly contact Deutsche Telekom (free hotline: 0800/ 33 01000). If you don’t call from your own phone line then make sure you have your Deutsche Telekom customer number on hand for identification during the call. The customer number can be found on your phone bill.
