Another contractual obligation is delaying your order
Thank you once again for choosing easybell. We would like to inform you on the status of your current order.
We directly forwarded the order to Deutsche Telekom, who has currently rejected the order, citing “other contractual obligation” as the reason. There are two possible reasons for this:
Your previous DSL provider has
- incorrectly processed your cancellation
- not notified Deutsche Telekom of your cancellation.
If you still haven’t received confirmation of cancellation from your old provider, then we kindly request you to make sure that you correctly applied to cancel your contract. If this isn’t the cause then your old provider probably hasn’t yet informed Deutsche Telekom of the cancellation. This is not unusual and some providers only inform Deutsche Telekom right before the cancellation date.
easybell will continue to submit your order to Deutsche Telekom until it is accepted. Please note that Deutsche Telekom requires eight days of processing time from the order date until the activation date. This can result in time delays.
