The porting date can you see in your email.
Please note that after the porting date it can take up to 24 hours before your number can be accessed from all networks.
After the import, the phone number and the accompanying SIP password for setup can be found in the customer portal under Phone system/Settings. To login, please use your customer number (which you can find in your email) and your selected password.
