Your porting date: Please look into your email

We’re delighted to inform you that the porting of your phone number has been confirmed.

The porting date can you see in your email.

Please note that after the porting date it can take up to 24 hours before your number can be accessed from all networks.

Your phone number and the accompanying SIP password for setup can be found in the customer portal under Phone system/Settings now. You can already use the account for outgoing calls. Inbound calls will be terminated via your current provider until the porting date.

To login, please use your customer number (which you can find in your email) and your selected password.
