Handover to collection service provider and blocking of connection imminent!

Announcement of a block according to TKG §61 and pending handover to the collection service provider.

We have already informed you several times about outstanding claims mentioned in the mail. Unfortunately, we have not been able to determine any receipt of payment on our account until today.

Therefore we are forced to block your payment according to TKG §61 if you meet the criteria. We will unblock the connection again as soon as the open items have been paid in full.

Therefore, we would like to ask you once again to pay the outstanding amount and any other outstanding claims immediately by bank transfer to the account mentioned in the mail.

We are now preparing the transfer of the receivable to our debt collection service provider. Should you have paid to us after handing over the claim, you will incur considerable additional collection costs of usually more than 50 Euro.

You are welcome to view a copy of the bills in the customer portal. There you can also check your account details and reactivate the direct debit procedure.
