Your internet connection will be activated tomorrow
We’re pleased to inform you that your easybell connection will be ready to use from tomorrow.
Remember that a technician from Deutsche Telekom will come to connect you between 8 am and 1 pm. Please make sure that someone is home. The technician will look out for the doorbell with your full name.
Please make the following provisions:
- Check that your doorbell works and has the correct address.
- Make sure that it is possible to freely access the TAE socket (phone socket) in your home
- Make sure that it is possible to freely access the junction box (network termination point), which is normally located in the cellar.

Sometimes technicians cancel onsite appointments without informing easybell. It’s possible that Deutsche Telekom will have already informed you too. If that is the case please ignore this email. However, you may not receive this information in exceptional cases. If a technician doesn’t come tomorrow then before you contact us please check that your DSL router is not already synchronous (DSL light is permanently on).
Please note that after activation it can take up to 24 hours for your connection to function at full speed.
