We’ve switched your connection

We have just successfully switched technologies for your connection for your plan.

If you have received a new router from us, this has already been configured with your login data. You now just need to connect it by following the accompanying instructions.

If you are using your own router or a previously used router from us then please enter your username and your password. You can find them in your email.

Please also check our router instructions, as there are some settings that need to be taken into account when switching connection technologies.

If you’re using the same router you had before you switched, your phone line should still be set up. Otherwise the login data can be found in your personal customer portal under Phone system/Settings. To login to the customer portal, please use your customer number (which you can find in the email) and your selected password.

If you are unable to login, please check the router, TAE socket and computer have been correctly connected. If the DSL sychronisation light is on despite being correctly connected and with the right login data, please inform us. In this case we will check for possible faults.
