Your order is complete – address verification required

Thank you for your order. Your customer number can you find in your email.

We need to verify your address before you can use your plan.

If you did not do this at the end of the order via the NECT app, we will send you a letter with a verification code, that you have to enter in the customer portal within the next ten days.

If you still have the thank you page of the order form open, you can opt for verification via NECT up to two hours after placing the order.

With successful NECT authentication, you can use the connection without waiting any longer. Note: NECT currently only works for natural persons and not for companies.To login to the customer portal, please use your customer number (which you can find in the email) and the password you selected when ordering.

Once your address has been verified, your phone number(s) and the accompanying login data can be found in the customer portal under Phone system/Settings.

Important information for emergency calls:

It is possible to call the emergency numbers 110 and 112 with easybell. In the process, the call is forwarded to the emergency call centre responsible for the address you provided us. Please refer to our website for information on restrictions on use outside of the line address registered with us.
