Your DSL connection has been fully activated
We have just received official confirmation that your line has been activated. You should therefore be able to use it without any restrictions.
We already sent you the login data in the last email. You can also view it in your customer portal under Phone functions/Settings.
To login to the customer portal, please use your customer number (which you can find in your email) and the password you selected when ordering.
The main phone number of your line can you also find in the email.
It can take up to three days until it is possible to reach the phone number from any line.
