Thank you for registering. We’ve now activated your phone line.

You can find your customer number and your main phone number in your email.

It can take up to three days until it is possible to reach the phone number from any line.

You can change your personal details, view passwords and bills, and order extra phone numbers in your personal customer portal. Please use your customer number and your selected password to login.

You can now set up your phone line for your router, softphone or any other VoIP-enabled device.
You can download a convenient app for smartphones (Android and iPhone).

User name: Your phone number in the international format

The accompanying SIP password for setup can be found in the customer portal under Phone functions/Settings. More information on configuring your connection can be found in our help section.
