Call2Teams Go requirements
Call2Teams Go is a solution for integrating telephony into Microsoft Teams. Teams accounts receive a landline telephone number and can be reached from the public telephone network. Calls can be made and received directly in Teams. With Call2Teams Go and a cloud telephone system from Easybell, you can integrate landline telephony into your Microsoft solution - without additional hardware or complex setup.
What you need for Call2Teams go:
- A direct dial connection (SIP trunk) from Easybell
The SIP trunk is used to connect to the public telephone network and provides the telephone numbers and extensions that are assigned to the Teams accounts.
You can simply book a number block without monthly costs during the ordering process. Alternatively, you can port your existing phone numbers to us. - The cloud telephone system from Easybell
For Call2Teams Go, you need at least the free Basic cloud telephone system. You can get additional useful business functions by upgrading to the Classic or Pro cloud telephone system. - Call2Teams Go licenses
You need a Call2Teams Go license for every Teams account that you want to use to make calls. You can easily book or cancel this in the Easybell customer portal. - A license for Microsoft Teams Phone
Instead of having to book an individual license for each Teams phone user, with Call2Teams Go one license is sufficient for all Teams accounts that are connected to the telephone network. - Two free Microsoft Teams resource accounts
You need two "Microsoft Teams Phone Resource Accounts" to set this up. These can be added free of charge as an add-on in the Microsoft Admin Center.
What you don't need with Call2Teams:
- You don't need paid Teams phone licenses for each Teams user
- You do not need Operator Connect
- You do not need Microsoft Calling Plans
- You do not need Microsoft Direct Routing
