What can you do with blocking lists?

We show you, how to configure and use blocking lists.

You can generate optional blocking lists for each phone number. Here you can see how to set up blocking lists and which different opportunities they offer.

Guidance

  • Log in with your login information at the customer portal.
  • Click “Telephone functions” (“Telefonfunktionen”) and “Manage phone numbers” (“Rufnummern verwalten”).
  • Choose the phone number for which you want to generate a blocking list.
  • Click the little cog next to “Blocking list” (“Sperrliste”).

The settings can be made separately for incoming and outgoing calls. You can switch between the lists for incoming and outgoing calls with the tabs.

For incoming calls

Blacklist Mode

Function: Special phone number or phone number areas (e.g. anonymous calls) are not transferred to the phone number.
Use (example): Protect yourself from disagreeable calls.

Whitelist Mode

Use (example): Make sure that only your closest confidants can call you.

For outgoing calls:

Whitelist Mode
