Do I get a static IP address?

For a static IP address you will need our Premium Service addon that is available for VDSL and ADSL Annex J connections within our Office Komplett plans for businesses.

A static IP Address is available for our business focused Office Komplett plans. If you want to have a static IP-Address you have to book our Premium Service Addon which also enables you to use our 24/7 hotline and to book carrier express fault clearances. Our Premium Service only cost 5€ extra per month.

Static IP addresses are not available for the private customer plans and not compatible with ADSL Annex B connections.
