To which periods do the invoice items refer?
At the beginning of the month, you will receive your digital invoice by e-mail (see also "How and when do I receive my invoices")
If you are unsure which periods individual invoice items relate to, the following distinction will help:
Costs calculated in advance (current month)
These costs are already fixed before the service is provided and are therefore calculated at the beginning of the month. These include, among other things
- Basic fee for the DSL or IP telephone connection
- Flat rates and minute packages
- Teams integration, Cloud Telefonanlage or premium service
Invoice items may also be charged on a pro rata basis. For example, if you have added or canceled products in the current month.
Subsequently calculated costs (previous month)
These costs depend on your actual consumption and will only be invoiced in the following month. These include
- Connection charges for telephony
- other consumption-based services
This means that you will always see a combination of fixed and consumption-based costs on your bill - depending on when they are incurred.
