You can usually change the bank details of your Easybell contract yourself. Simply follow these steps.

 

1. open account settings

To do this, first log in to your customer portal.

Then click on your profile in the top right-hand corner and then on "Account settings".

2. update payment method

Please select "Invoices and payments" in the side menu. There you can change your payment method in the "Payments" section.

You can choose between the following payment methods: "Bank transfer after invoice" and "SEPA direct debit mandate".

3. set up a direct debit mandate

If you have selected SEPA Direct Debit Mandate, another window will open.

Please enter your IBAN and the name of the account holder here.

Then click the arrow next to "Read and accepted". You hereby confirm that Easybell may collect payments from your account.
