How can I change my bank details?
You can usually change the bank details of your Easybell contract yourself. To do this, simply click on "My data" and then on "Personal data" in the customer portal.
Under “payment methods”, you can choose between the following payment methods: "Bank transfer after invoice" and "SEPA direct debit mandate".
If you have already set up a SEPA direct debit mandate and want to change it, simply click on the cogwheel symbol next to the bank details.
