I’ve registered 90 minutes ago and still haven’t received the login data yet. What can I do?

1) Have you entered the correct email address? You've received an order confirmation via email immediately after registration. If you do not received one, please check your spam folder or repeat the registration, if necessary.

2) Have you confirmed the activation link? You've received an email with an activation link immediately after registration. Please confirm the link. If you’ve done it correctly, you can see it at the automatically opening website.

You can check the status of commission policy directly at the customer portal. Please log in with your customer number and your chosen password.
