How can I port a block of phone numbers?
You can use number blocks in our SIP trunk tariffs. You can either order a new block in the customer portal or take your existing number block with you to Easybell.
You can order the porting quickly and easily in the customer portal.
1. order porting
Under "Phone settings" → "Manage numbers" you will find a button "port phone number".
Please enter the requested information there. Then click on "Send order". We will then send you a pre-filled form by e-mail.
2. check the details on the porting form
Please check the details on the porting form again carefully.
The details must correspond exactly to how you are listed with your current provider. Especially if your porting is time-critical, it is best to ask your old provider for this information to avoid a rejection ("My porting was rejected. What can I do?").
If you find any errors here, please do not make any changes to the porting form! Instead, contact our customer service team and let us know which details are incorrect.
Important: Sign the porting form before you send it back!
3. return the porting form
You can then return the scanned form by e-mail - preferably as a reply to the e-mail in which we sent it to you.
