We make the calls made available to you in an itemized bill (EVN) and in call lists in the customer portal.

The EVN only contains calls relevant to charges, including Fair Flat minute packages. For more information, see the article "Itemized bill (EVN) - activation and use".

The call history, on the other hand, lists all calls made - regardless of whether they were chargeable or not.

Note: When activating the call list, you must inform all persons who use the number that the call data will be saved.

To call up the call list

Please log in to the customer portal.

Then go to "My data" → "Call list".

Alternatively, there is a link to the call list under "Quick actions" on the overview page of your customer account.

Filter call list

The calls in the list can be filtered according to various call details combined. Calls can be analyzed according to the following details under "Filter":

  • Time period: Select a time period between "Today" and "Last year"
  • Own phone number: Filter calls by phone number
  • Status: Incoming, outgoing, answered or unanswered calls
  • Call partner: International, national, mobile, business or special
  • Type: Forwarding, voicemail, call, SMS, fax, conference

You also have the option of selecting your own time period for displaying the call list via "Select time period".

Export call list

You have the option of saving the call log by selecting Export. Here you can choose how you want to export the call log.

You have several options for filtering the entries to be exported:

  • Export all displayed entries
  • Export selected entries
  • Export selected time period

You can save the call log by selecting "Export".

Delete call list

If you want to delete the call list, you have the option of deleting either selected entries or all displayed entries by selecting "Delete".

Call list: The most important questions and answers

If the call list is not displayed, it is deactivated for you. To activate the call list, check the "Activate call list" box and then click on the "Activate call list" button.

If you have deleted selected or all entries in the call list, you cannot restore them. Alternatively, you can use the itemized bill, if you have activated it, to obtain an overview of the calls you have made.

If you use several phone numbers and would like to receive the call log of a phone number, use the "Own phone number" filter function in the call history. Then enter the phone number here to receive the corresponding call history.

The call history is not automatically deleted.
