These instructions refer to phone numbers, virtual extensions and phone number blocks, i.e. VoIP accounts, which you can customise in the Easybell customer portal under "Manage phone numbers".

If you use the Easybell cloud telephone system, you can view the SIP access data for the respective end device account. In this case, please read "Creating end devices in the Cloud Telephone System".

1. call up call phone settings

First, log in to the Easybell customer portal with your personal access data.

Then click on the "Manage phone numbers" field under "Phone functions"

2. call up the settings for the SIP password

Next, click on the small cogwheel behind "SIP password".

3. change SIP password

Now enter the new password in the corresponding box. (Please follow the instructions.)

If you cannot think of a new or secure password, you can click on "Generate" to generate new passwords that automatically fulfil all security requirements.

Confirm with "Apply"
