You can cancel your contract by clicking on "My contract" under the "My product" tab in the customer portal. Click on the "Revoke termination" button there. Then confirm your decision and our contract will continue to run.

Please note the following deadlines:

Deadlines for withdrawing a notice of termination

  • VoIP products: at least 1 working day before the termination date
    (unless porting has been ordered)
  • Internet products: at least 10 working days before the termination date

If your new provider has terminated the contract with us (e.g. as part of porting):
As soon as Easybell has confirmed the termination to the receiving provider, it can no longer be withdrawn on our part. Instead, you must cancel with the new provider. The new provider will then send a cancellation to Easybell so that the contract can be continued.
