Finding the causes of internet connection interruptions
If you experience frequent DSL disconnections, please first check whether and, if so, which LED on the router is flashing.
- If the LEDs remain constant, this could be due to a fault in your own network. If you are using the connection via WLAN, test one of your devices with a LAN connection to the router.
- If the DSL LED is flashing, first restart the router. This often leads to the desired success.
- However, if the problem persists, please contact Easybell customer support. If you contact us by e-mail, please note the necessary screenshots, which are necessary for a quick fault clearance.
