Sometimes, the technician of Telekom can activate your line without coming to your home. If the technician doesn't show on the date of activation, your line could possibly still be activated. Especially with VDSL, the activations are in the evening so double-check your connection as it may be connected.

In our experience, some of the technician dates aren’t successful. In which case, we will receive a message from Telekom that you weren't home and a new date can be set at no extra cost to you.
