What can I do, if I can’t get to certain websites?

We’d like to show you how to solve the problem on your own.

If this isn’t a general problem, but only for a few destinations, a blocking (incoming) of an IP range of our supplier Telefónica by the provider is possible. A possible reason for this can be an attack out of its network. Only the provider is able to annul this blocking.

You can avoid this blocking by testing an alternative routing. Please change your DSL user name from to or the other way round.

Please notice: The password stays the same, but maybe needs to enter again. After that, please restart the router.
