Internet pages are loading very slowly. What is the reason?

Here you can find out why your internet pages are building so slowly:

Please perform a route tracing (Tracert) and send us a screenshot. To do this, please proceed as follows:

Switch to the command interface

Go to “Start” and then to “Run”. Type “cmd”.

Enter the command line Tracert.

Behind “tracert” please enter the internet address, which is only delayed. In the example below “google.de”.

Please send the result to the easybell support.

Please take a screenshot and send the result of the route tracing to en.support@easybell.de. If you do not have a program for screenshots, we recommend the use of Hardcopy.
