You can withdraw your termination by sending us an email at en.support@easybell.de  Just use the following text:

  • Dear Sir or Madame,
  • I withdraw the termination notice with the following customer number _____ to D/M/Y.

Please notice the following deadlines:

  1. Call products: up to one working day before the termination date (if no porting has been ordered)
  2. Komplett products and DSL 16 000: up to ten working days before the termination date

If your new provider terminated your contract (e.g. in case of a porting): 
As soon as easybell has confirmed the termination, you are not able to withdraw it anymore. You now need to withdraw the termination at your new provider. The new provider transfers a cancellation to easybell, so you can go on with the contract.
