1. initiate telephone calls

You have several options for starting a call via the ConnectMe user interface.

Direct entry in the search bar

You can use the "Phone calls" function to filter numbers using the search bar and enter them directly. Simply enter the number. Suitable suggestions will be displayed. The call is then set up directly by pressing the Enter key.

Use dial field

At the top, to the right of the search bar, you will find the "dial pad symbol". Click on the symbol to open the dial pad. You can enter the desired phone number here. Click on the call icon or the Enter button to start the call.

Initiating calls via the call list

Move the mouse over a past call. A call icon appears, which can be used to re-establish the call.

Set up calls via the contact list

You can also start calls directly from your contacts stored in the Cloud PBX. To do this, select "Contacts". A call icon appears in the contact list when you move the mouse over a contact.

2. accept and reject calls

For incoming calls, browser or app notifications appear with information about the calling number and the options "Accept" or "Reject".

  • Click on the green symbol with the telephone receiver to start the call.
  • Click on the red icon to reject the call.

3. call forwarding

Blind transfer: forwarding without consultation

You can also forward calls directly and without consultation to a saved contact. To do this, simply drag the green arrow in the active call window to a contact in the phone book. The call is then forwarded directly.

Attended transfer: forwarding with consultation

To forward a call with consultation, press the "Forward" button in the window of the active call. The search bar opens, in which you enter the desired destination number. Press the Enter button to confirm the connection to the selected phone number.

Another call window opens with the desired destination number. After consultation, you can transfer the call by clicking on the "Connect" button in one of the call windows.

4. holding and retrieving calls

  • Click on the pause icon to put a call on hold.

  • You can continue a call on hold by clicking on the play symbol.

5. further functions

Mute / activate microphone

  • You can activate or deactivate the mute function using the microphone icon.

Collapse call window

  • The three-dot button (kebab menu) can be used to show or hide call options in order to compress the call window.

  • Under "Settings" (bottom left), you can individually define input and output devices.
