You don't need to worry about changing your internet provider or porting your phone number to Easybell. If you commission us with the takeover, we will take care of everything from cancelling your contract with your previous provider to porting your phone numbers - so you can switch to Easybell smoothly and without interruption.

VDSL from easybell is currently only available in the plans Komplett easy and Komplett allnet.
Of course you need a VDSL-capable router or modem, but many older devices are only suitable for ADSL2+. If you want to continue using your old device, please use our router-check to ensure compatibility.
easybell recommends AVM FRITZ!Box routers, which you can buy or rent from easybell. Please note that we can only provide VDSL support for compatible FRITZ!Box devices.

If we takover a former connection it is not necessary to make an appointment with the technician. A technician only needs to come if you previously have had a cable connection.
If you get a new connection a technician of Deutsche Telekom needs to come to your place.
It is necessary that you or another person is at home on the agreed date during 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. Please make sure you hear the doorbell ring.
You don’t have to get an appointment with the technician, even if your line is new. You only have to enter the name and telephone number of the previous tenant in your order.
If you yourself have been the last owner of the phone line in your flat, enter yourself as the previous tenant.
