Cancelation of current contract

You currently use a telephone connection by Deutsche Telekom AG, but the DSL connection via easybell is about to cease. These parts of the lines, which are on bisection, have fallen extremely during the last years. You are now one of the few last customers here.

Now our supplier Telefónica told us, that the offer at your place cannot get supported anymore. That’s why we will need to cancel your contract to the date mentioned in the email. From that time on, you won’t be able to use your DSL anymore.

We recommend you to decide for a modern Komplett-connection. That means you can use all efforts (DSL plus phone including flat rates) first-hand.

Our phone and DSL connections are available off from 21,95€/month. Please compare this with your current costs: You will probably save a lot of money.

Please inform yourself about our current offers via our website https://en.easybell.de/. We recommend ordering a new connection at easybell. You can assign us to make a porting of your local phone numbers and the cancelation of your Telekom connection after the activation.

If you chose during the ordering process to let us takeover the Telekom connection, you can keep your usual landline phone number and we will guarantee an uninterruptible transfer from Deutsche Telekom to easybell.

We recommend you to order within the next few days to continue the use of your internet line without any interruptions after the date of the end of the contract  (mentioned in the email).
