Switch of plan due to extraordinary usage (commercial usage)
We noticed, that you use your plan very intensive. This is fine as long as the use is for a private purpose.
It seems, that you use your flat rate commercially. The following indications could have let us to this supposition:
- Your connection or billing address refers to a company.
- You called lots of different phone numbers, mostly at working days during the normal working time.
- Phone numbers have been registered at different places.
- Your phone number is shown as a company’s contact number
- The caller display shows a phone number which is obviously related to a company.
We will give you a detailed explanation for the switch of plan upon request.
Preventively we will terminate your current plan and switch your contract to the new one to the date mentioned in the email. You can find all information about your new plan on our website.
Please notice that the onetime costs (e.g. the activation fee) probably shown in the product explanation won’t be charged again.
