The porting that you ordered on (please look in your email) has been cancelled.
You can make a new porting request if necessary and view the status of ongoing porting requests in the customer portal.
If you have cancelled your entire connection, then we can confirm to you here that the ongoing porting request has been cancelled. We have also informed your old provider.
