Our system still hasn’t been able to measure your connection’s sync speed since activation. If you have already notified our Support team about this then you can ignore this email.
There are several possible reasons why you have now received this automated message:
- You have a VDSL or FTTH connection from us. In this case there probably isn’t a problem and you can ignore this email.
- Your router isn’t connected or is regularly switched off
- There were technical issues during activation
If you have problems connecting your router, our instructions may help you.
If your router has been correctly activated but you still can’t connect to the internet or your connection is slow then please contact our Support team by replying to this email or calling 030/80 95 1001.
