How does the automatic fallback work?
You are always available with our Business VOICE sip trunks, even if your offices internet connection is interrupted. With our automatic fallback setting, you can set up single extensions as cloud accounts. Register them next to your trunks in your PBX. You are able to configure these cloud accounts in our customer portal. Just set up a call forwarding "If offline" to another phone, e.g. your mobile phone. In the case of a PBX’s fallout, all incoming calls are automatically forwarding to the alternative number. Your employees are anytime available.
