Simply follow the steps listed here to conveniently change the e-mail you have stored with us in your easybell customer portal.

1. call up the customer portal

First, log in to the customer portal with your personal access data.

Then click on"My data" → "Personal data".

 

2. view personal data

Then click on the cogwheel symbol behind "E-mail" to edit your e-mail address. (The icon appears automatically when you move the mouse over the "Email" field).

3. change e-mail address

A window will now open in which you can change your current e-mail address.

To do this, delete your old e-mail address and enter your new, desired e-mail address in the field. Then click on "Apply".

4. verify new address

Finally, confirm your change by clicking on the link that was automatically sent to your new e-mail address.

That's it! Your registered e-mail address has been successfully changed.

If you no longer have access to the customer portal and can no longer access your old e-mail address:

By e-mail

If you no longer have access to the customer portal, a manual change by our support team is required.

Please send us an e-mail to support@easybell.de with the request to change the e-mail address you currently have on file with us.

Please understand that easybell cannot change your data without further legitimation. We therefore ask you to send us a copy of your identity card.

By telephone

You can also request a change to your registered e-mail address by telephone. Please note that we will check your identity for your security.
