We’ve received your router!

Today we received your router from the German Parcel Service. There are two possible reasons for this:

1.) You have sent back the device to us after the end of the contract or as part of an exchange service.

If you voluntarily sent the router back to us, we would like to thank you for your help. You don’t need to take any further action. We will now transfer the device to our technical department for functional testing. If we find a defect resulting from inappropriate use, which is not covered by the warranty, we are entitled to charge you for the device.

2.) It was not possible to deliver the device

If the parcel was sent back to us because it couldn’t be delivered, then we will have already requested you to send us an up-to-date delivery address. If you still haven’t contacted us, then you can answer us in this email or call us: 030/8095 1001.
