The new Easybell Call Flow Creator is an extension of our Cloud PBX and is only available in the Pro version. It enables the intuitive creation and configuration of complex call plans in a graphical interface. With the Call Flow Creator, you can easily determine which route incoming calls take in your company without any specialist knowledge. Use numerous functions in a single interface, e.g:

Analytics is another new function of the Cloud PBX Pro and has been adapted by dstny, Easybell's parent company in the UCaaS sector. Call activity can be displayed on wallboards in real time using live data. How high is the volume of calls? How long are the waiting lists? How many employees are dealing with them? This data can be used to quickly eliminate obstacles, improve processes and make capacity utilization more efficient. Individual reports can also be created automatically. Gain important insights from data such as

Conditions of the free test phase: The Cloud PBX can only be tested completely free of charge with a Business 2 tariff with 2 voice channels. Products with more voice channels cost a basic fee of €4.95/month for 10 voice channels or €19.95/month for 50 voice channels right from the start. The Cloud PBX can be canceled within 30 days in the easybell customer portal. After the 30 days have expired, monthly costs will be charged according to the number of extensions and end devices used. The Cloud PBX can then be canceled at any time at the end of the month. The Business 2 tariff must be canceled separately and costs no basic fee for the first 6 months.
Use only in combination with an easybell SIP trunk, for which additional costs are incurred: From €1.95/month ( 6 months free). All information about our SIP trunks can be found here. The SIP trunk is selected as part of the ordering process. SIP Trunk products have no minimum contract term and can be canceled 7 days before the end of the month. With Business 2, one number or number block can be used free of charge, with Business 10 and Business 50 you can use any number or number block free of charge. Call by Call not possible.
