We (the "responsible party") attach great importance to the protection of your personal data. Therefore, we inform you here about our handling of your data and our data protection principles. We process personal data collected within the scope of this privacy policy in accordance with the applicable legal provisions on data protection and data security of the Federal Republic of Germany. For us as a telecommunications company, this is the TKG. For services not covered by the TKG, as of 25.05.2018 data protection is also governed in particular by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (DS-GVO) and the (new) BDSG issued for this purpose. In principle, the DSGVO does not create any additional obligations for telecommunications services, Art 95 DSGVO.

For the correct functionality of the service, certain data must be processed that meet the definition of "personal data" according to Article 4.1 of the DSGVO. These data are stored and processed for the sole purpose of enabling the functions of the Service.

The personal data are necessary for the correct operation of the service. They will continue to be processed for as long as the service is used. If you decide to stop using the service and uninstall the corresponding applications, all personal data can be deleted upon request. This does not include data that is collected on the basis of the customer relationship with easybell GmbH (these are subject to thedata protection declaration for contractual relationships of easybell GmbH) and data that we must retain in order to comply with a legal obligation that requires processing under Union law or the law of the Member States, in accordance with Article 17.3 of the EU Data Protection Regulation.

 

5. right to be forgotten, rectification of personal data.

You have the right to request the erasure of your personal data by DSGVO Articles 17 and 18. To do so, uninstall the apps and inform us about your deletion request using the contact details above. The use of the VoIP to go app depends on the personal data to be processed and cannot function correctly without it. The personal data originates from the user's entries and from easybell GmbH's customer data; correction can be made at any time by editing the data within the app.

IP addresses

When using features that require server components such as push notifications or other web services, the IP address and browser information may be logged by the servers. The logs are circulated automatically and the information they contain is only processed when certain problems are resolved or when required by law.

 

Usage data

The servers collect information about whether the app has been actively used within the current month, for billing purposes. The data has pseudonymous identifier reported by the app when used.
