Successful order of your DSL connection

Thank you for your order. With this offer you get a telephone and internet connection.

You have specified a desired date that is more than two months in the future. Only 60 days before the desired date do we have the option of requesting a connection from the owner of the access network (for DSL: Deutsche Telekom). The date will then usually be confirmed to us within the next ten days. It is possible that the final date differs slightly from the desired date. We will inform you by email about 50 to 60 days before the placement.

At the same time as the placement date, we will also inform you whether a technician will be required for the placement.

Here are some information to the further expiration:

• When do I get my access information for DSL and VoIP?
• When do I get my ordered router?
• If you have ordered a router, we can also send it to an alternative address or Packstation.
