How can I change my bank details?
You can easily change the bank data in the customer portal yourself. Simply click on “My data” and then on “Change” next to the bank details.
If you have already received the invoice and wish to change your account details in the same billing period, please inform our support immediately that your account details have changed. This way easybell can prevent the transfer to the automatic direct debit system. In this case, please also change your account data in the customer portal.
