easybell VoIP to go for Android Smartphones (use with a Cloud PBX)

To set up the easybell VoIP to go app for your Android smartphone for use with an easybell Cloud Telefonanlage, please follow these instructions.

  1. Download the app from the Play Store.
  2. Generate your personal login data:
     
    1. Call up your Cloud Telefonanlage via your easybell customer portal.
    2. Add a new mobile device. In the basic settings, select “App / WebRTC” as the device type and follow the usual steps. The login data is displayed at the end of the menu.

    3. Scan the QR code with the app or enter the displayed data manually.
       
  3. Confirm the requested accesses in the app. The access to media and files is necessary for the recording function of the app to work. Calling is not possible without this access.
